  • Generate mortgage loan applications and manage the loan process from origination to closing in a timely manner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process
  • Conduct thorough interviews with borrowers to determine their financing needs and eligibility
  • Analyze loan applications and supporting documentation to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with borrowers, with updates on progress and any hurdles.
  • Respond to and update clients within expected SLAs
  • Understand and maintain a thorough knowledge of various mortgage loan programs. Attend educational sessions to better understand product offerings. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and guidelines of the mortgage industry
Supplemental pay type: Commission pay, 1099 Loan Officer Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with current lending regulations
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Education and Experience Requirements
